Co Response Homeless Outreach

This year we partnered with St. Mary Medical Center and VA West Palm Beach Healthcare to provide proactive in the field support to the homeless population in Riviera Beach. These organization provide representatives to go out with out officers bi-weekly to reach out to homeless people and provide resources in real time in the field – that includes medical attention, mental health services, housing and addiction resources.
